Shipping Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ

Purchasing items with Love Guppies means you have agreed to all terms & conditions:
*The photos provided in listings are examples of stock I have, they are not the exact fish you will be receiving.
**Ships only within the 48 states of intercontinental USA* 

**Does NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island. Does NOT ship internationally. Sorry!**



Shipping is via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping).
After you've paid for your order, you will be sent a shipment date. A USPS tracking number will be sent to you 1-3 days prior to shipping.
Once I've purchased shipping I cannot refund you for it if you decide to cancel your order.
All fish are carefully bagged in breather bags with foam insulated padded boxes.

A receipt will be provided inside the box. A 72 hour Heating pack will be added if necessary for shipping in cooler weather.



Fish are always shipped on Mondays.
This is the safest day to ship so that your guppies aren't being held over the weekend at the post office.

If there is dangerous weather (hurricane, snowstorm, major heat wave, etc) your order may be delayed. If this is the case I will be in contact with you asap.

 If you don't think you will be available to accept your delivery on the day it's delivered, you can request (prior to shipping) for your order to be held at your local post office. Remember, safety of the fish is top priority!
 



DOA (Dead upon arrival) Policy:
You must let me know within one hour of your package being delivered of any deceased fish.
Please send me photo evidence of the dead fish in the unopened bag.
I would be happy to either refund you money for the DOA fish or send you a replacement fish (you just pay shipping).
 



Important: If your package was damaged please send me photos of the package and bagged fish ASAP in order for me to file a claim with USPS.

If this happens and your fish are injured or dead, after you send me photo evidence, I will offer you a full refund or ship you replacement fish at no cost to you.
