WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Sorry, I do not accept returns of live fish or plants. Please do not attempt to ship back live or deceased fish.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

USPS Priority mail takes approximately 2-3 business days. It can depend on how far the shipment has to travel.

Orders are always shipped on Mondays and you will receive a tracking number to keep track of your package.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, sorry, I do not ship internationally. I only ship within the intercontinental 48 states of the USA.

I do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Rhode Island. I do not ship to Canada.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
